Spiritual teacher, Ram Dass says, “we are all affecting the world every moment, whether we mean to or not. Our actions and states of mind matter, because we’re so deeply interconnected with one another. Working on our own awareness is the most important thing that we are doing at any moment, and being love is the supreme creative act.”

I like to contemplate the cosmic connection of all things and the spiritual side of life. I love to write, create, connect.  This site is for me to keep a folder of all i write. Much of the early pieces were for the now dearly departed Guelph Mercury newspaper. It was fun to have a deadline. Stuff i do now  seems to be more poetry.. i really like it. It just happens as i am walking.. a poem…
